Confused - H1B/EAD ???

Hi all,

I am little confused... I am in H1B visa which is going to expire by this September.

How do I start working with my EAD? Can I just switch over from my company to some new company? Would that affect my GC process?

What if I got RFE while in EAD? would that require any docs from my company? :confused:


Please clarify.

You can easily start working for a different employer. Search for "AC 21" in the forums here. It has been widely discussed.
