I am confused beyond words. I had my I140 approved in late 2002 and filed I1485 few months before the I140 approval (concurrent filing) in 2002.
Recently I received biometrics notice for I1485 which I did promptly. Apparently a few days before my biometrics my I140 was re-approved. That is confusing, the case was already in 2002 and now reapproved in 2006 (3.5 years later)
Meanwhile my 485 has had no status update.
Any clues as to what might be going on?
