Hi all the nice people of this forum . Need your help badly. My brother filed immigration petition for me and my family(husband + child) in 2005. Today I check the case status with the receipt number and it shows case status is in Initial Review. They said that :

" On January 21, 2010, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent. "

Now my question is will USCIS withdraw this petition? Do we have time to give them call and tell them the new address? Can he change his address through online? Please help us in this matter.

I also want to know for testing and interview will they call me or my brother? My brother is the petitioner.

No, the case is not withdrawn. Your brother needs to call and give them the correct address.

You will get the interview.

You would need to call USCIS to request change of address and request them to resend the I-130 notice again. They have actually given you one more chance here, do send them the AR-11 as soon as possible to update the address on the application.

The AR-11 is to update an alien registration file. It doesn't update any pending applications with USCIS. In order to update the address with USCIS for any pending applications it has to be done through the USCIS 800 call center. AR-11 is required by law to be filed by all aliens change their address in the US, and who stay in the US for more the 30 days. The only exception to the AR-11 is A and G visa holders.
