Hi everyone,
I had my initial interview last Monday. At the interview the IO stated that my medical exam was not done by a designated civil surgeon. I know this is not true, and I told the officer I could provide proof that my doctor was a civil surgeon. He just said ok. At the end of the interview, the IO issued an RFE for a medical examination.
After speaking to the doctor, he gave me a copy of a letter sent to him by USCIS designating him as a civil surgeon. My lawyer wants to submit this, but I'm confused cause the RFE asks for a medical examination. Do i need to get a whole new exam or should I just submit the letter given to me by the doctor.
Any help would be appreciated.
