Well, I received approval on my EB3 I-140 application from Texas about a month ago. I thought I would have to wait a while before filing I-485, but here I am!! Going to file on July 1st.
Anyway, we are filing 3 different petitions, I-131, I-485 and I-765. Looking at the processing dates from Texas, I see I-131 at December 14/06, I-485 at March 15/07 and I-765 at December 14/06. Since I am submitting 3 applications concurrently, is there a particular order in which they are processed? It looks like it takes longer to simply get the travel document than the I-485 approval. I'm guessing the 765 and 131 aren't necessary if the 485 gets approval first? I was just confused if I really have a 3 month wait or a 6 month wait (providing the processing times all move forward at an equal speed).
