Confused about my 'USCIS office'

Hi all
My wife, a USC, and I live in Los Angeles and we're just sending in the I-130 and I-485. I understand that I should send the whole package to the PO Box 805887 address in Chicago, but there is a section on the I-130 which says:

'Your relative..will apply for adjustment of status ..at USCIS office in:____________ (City) ___(State)'

Well, we're applying to the Chicago address, not to any USCIS office. And if they mean which service center would we have sent it to, as far as I know, there is only the California Service Center, so why city and state?

Should I just put Los Angeles, California (even though there's no USCIS office there and we sent the application somewhere else, not even to the California Service Center) or am I supposed to tell them I send the application to the Chicago lockbox or what?

Sorry if this seems like an obvious question - it just seems like a really strange question, and I feel like maybe I'm missing the point of it..

Many thanks
Bruce

Of course there is. And, that's were you are going to be interviewed: USCIS office in Los Angeles, CA. Check out this link: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices/losangeles/aboutus.htm.
