confused about Interim EAD card. Please help

Hi,
I was confused about when interim EAD card comes. If I apply for I140 and I485 at same time and also EAD together, so I will apply for the 3 things together. So does my interim EAD comes in around 90 days from the intial day or does it come in 90 days from the time my I140 is approved?
Can anyone please tell me about it?

If your application for EAD remains unadjudicated after 90 days of filing, you can apply for interim EAD. So its after 90 days after applying, and not from the time I-140 gets approved.
