Confused about DS230-I item 20, 22 and 23 ....ur inputs are greatly appreciated ..

For items 22 and 23 what should be given under location ... name of the city or the address of the employer or school?
Under 23 does one have to mention 10th grade and 12th grade too .
Should I call the 12th grade of India as High School (as is the case here)?

For item 20, someone suggested give all the places since birth ... My dad was in the armed forces and we changed places every 2-3 yrs and now after so many yrs it is so difficult to remember those addresses ...is it ok to give since age of 16 !!

Will attaching an appendix be fine in case of #20 as the number of addresses is going to be much more than what is provided there?
 
Just answer what has been asked...

Location is the name of the City... Give all the addresess after age 16 as asked...u can include additional sheet if necessary... about education start from latest education to high school... atleast that is what I am going to do...

PS: did u get instructions from NVC to send original docs (birth, marriage, PCC etc) along with your P3 ? my lawyer says he received my P3 and says the insructions sheet mentions about original documens to be sent along with P3..

did you or any one get such instruction... i thought it was only for canadians and not for Indian consulates....please reply..

I received the P3 today ..the instructions just say to send DS230 Part I and fees

to NVC and get the other things like BC, Marraige certificate, PCC ready for the Interview.....
 
im999,my packet-3 was created the same day when urs was created on 18th march

did u get the packet-3,or did u lawyer get it.

Shanks...My lawyer got the packet but I have sent him the original

DS230 Part I (Signed and name written in native language) ...so we don\'t waste time send the packet between us ...I had downloaded it from the DOS web site....
 
i am planning to write N/A is that okay for native languauge..

Also ,im9999 did u mention the complete address under location for Question 25-"List dates of all pervious visits or residence in the United States"..??

did u send oF-169 form also???
What did u use for sending the documents - FEDEX OR UPS.
I was told that Fedex doesnot deliver to PO BOXES and hence we should use UPS ..is that true..

Writing N/A should be fine too ...but i wrote it because it does asks you to write it

but if you do not know how to write it in ur native language then N/A should be fine too !!

I did not send the OF-169 as it is not required any more ... i got confused as the immihelp website is not updated for the new process for India ....

I use Express Mail by USPS ...very reliable and FAST !! U can use UPS too ...

For #25 ...write the City, State, Country .... should be fine ...
