I am confused about Confused about Concurrent Filing and Concurrent Adjudication and 90 day pilot program...
my lawyers filed for 140 on 4/26 and will be sending my 485 today or tomorrow to USCIS Ca.
questions
(1) will I be eligible for the pilot program? (http://www.jackson-hertogs.com/news/2004/0428.htm ,
) seems to say that I may not be eligible as my application will not be a "same day" application but http://www.immigration.com/newsletter1/soc042804.html seems to say something different?
(2) how is concurrent adjudication going to work? I file now and they process the finger print, address stuff and then it sits till they think the 485 is good to go and then they pick up the 140 and process it and finalize the whole thing?,
how is this different from just plain concurrent processing? is the only drawback that I cannot switch companies after 6 months (AC21 stuff) as the 140 hasn't been processed?
(3) has anyone filed in time for the pilot program @ CSC?
thanks in advance
