Confused about availability....

My lawyer sent the I-485 on June 29th for delivery on July 2nd. My priority date became current according to the July visa bulletin, my question is that since September bulletin says that EB-3 Mexico is unavailable now, does that mean that my case would go back into the pile? I just don't know if just because when I applied my date was current that means that everything is ok now.

Please advise.
 
PD plays two major roles.
1. To get you enter to the door (that is, when PD is current, you can submit your AOS application)
2. To get you out of the door (that is, you have to wait until your PD is current before you can get approval).

In between, you will need to apply EAD, AP for work and travel. Or if your I140 approved and I485 pending over 180 days, you can execrise AC21 to change job (must be the same or similar job)
