Confused - 485 RFE response received - WAITING!

Hi all,

My 140/485 RD - Sep 26, 2003
485 RFE - Nov 12th

485-RFE(140 ability to pay) response was received by USCIS on Dec 21.
LUD changes for 485 on Dec 21, Dec 23, Dec 27 so far.

still waiting for decisions on 140,485 --- such a tense wait given the retrogression factor .............

just learnt 140/485 concurrent policy has been cancelled as of 12/28 - in a case like mine - what'd be the effect?

please shared ur thoughts - 'm totally confused on what would be the effect of retrogression, cancellation of 140+485 adjudication ---on a RFE-response received case like mine!!! :confused: :confused: -----------MJ23
 
HI MJ23 ,

Guess since u received RFE before 31st for 140/485 , i heard some here tell that since ur case was open , and it wont affect you w.r.t retrogression. ( Atleast thats what i hope ) .

I hope in my case too they issue an RFE for 485 before 31st , just got my 140 approved on Dec 21st.

Atleast that would make me feel a lil better.
