Yes, a person who reenters on a parole and not a valid H-1B visa can continue to work on H-1B approval without an EAD.

Hi Todd,
I need your advise on this scenario :
- Person has H1B extension
- Person doesn't have H1B visa stamp in passport
- Person has I485 pending and Advance Parole
- Person works for same company (with H1B approved).
If the person is travelling abroad , can he re-enter USA on Advance Parole and work
on H1B (H1B extension also has I94) instead of EAD ?
