For those of you whose I485 got transfered from one Service Center to the other, did (or should) you received a confirmation notice saying that on /mm/dd/yy, your I-485 got transfered??
Our 485 files were transfered from TSC to VSC in 09/2003, but we and our lawyer have never received anything like that. VSC sent us FP notice in 12/2003, so we assumed that the file transfer to VSC was done.
However...
I filed EAD renewal application in 01/2004, and just found out that on 04/05/2004, VSC transfered my EAD files back to TSC.
We have no idea what was going on, and seems that I am the only one in this group whose EAD file got tranfered. This also makes me worry where on earth my I485 is now?
Does any of you guys know a way (or a telophone, or a fax number) to find this out? I talked to BCIS national custom service, it wasn't helpful as people there didn't know whereabout either.
