Confirmation letter for change of adr says atleast 10/12 month for august 2002 filler

Send letter to BCIS for change of address, RD is 8/30 yesterday got letter confirming change of address. and sys VCS is processing 1/15/2002 and it would be atleast 10/12 months before they start review my case.

Interesting...Never heard of BCIS sending confirmation for an address change. Is this recently started by BCIS?
