Thanks for the link. Until the actual approvals really start coming in, one can guess about current processing RD based on RFE and transfer cases. Hopefully, mid-January 2003 should bring in cheers for pending Aug/Sept/Oct and hopes for Nov cases!:cool:

However, in another news of the same bulletin, Attorney Murthy's information regarding registration for Armenians seems stale. Now it's not necessary for Armenians to register: http://www.usvisanews.com/memo1955.html and also reported elsewhere in the media.
