Hi

We had got a letter from Ottawa regarding the medicals, that only the doc could open. So we took it there, and on the letter it says that my husband has to get his urinary protein and serum cretinine checked up. And if the serum cretinine is high we have to get the Nephrologists report.

This seems to be a kidney problem. We got the tests done yesterday, results will come tomorrow, ie Thursday.

If the serum cretinine is high, we will go to the specialist, what are our chances now for Canadian Immigration? Will they reject us.

I had heard that they refuse to people with communicable diseases only.

We have been waiting for the canada immigration now since 3 years, and now this.

Anybody please guide us. I would really appreciate.

Thanks

Contact Canadian immigration attorney

Given your situation, you might probably want to contact an attorney regarding your case and ask them what the situation is.

You also can be refused if you have a disease or condition that may cause excessive demand on the Canadian health system. So you are going to have to wait for the Immigration Medical Officer to rule on the results.
