Conditions for pre-approved labor

Can anyone tell me what the conditions are for a pre-approved labor cert to be transferred to me? Do location, job title, job skills required etc. have to be exactly the same? Maybe a better way of phrasing the question is - what can be different between the original applicant and me in order to satisfy the requirements of the later stages of the GC filing?
