...I would like comments and information on: If a conditional residency status
alien leaves the United States, how long can he be gone from the country?
and his wife? Is it a good idea to do this? Anyone have opinions? He is
in conditional residency status until Nov. 2005 and which point the I751 is
to be filed. I am wondering about this.
