Deja Vu......

The countdown to naturalization starts from the time your I-485 was approved. Doesnt matter if it was conditional or permanent.

Eligibility for Naturalization if you got your GC as the spouse of a USC...
1. Continuous presence : 3 years as a Permanent Resident without leaving the United States for trips of 6 months or longer
2. Physical presence: 18 months
3. You should be currently married to and living with a U.S. citizen AND
4. Have been married to and living with that same U.S. citizen for the past 3 years AND
5. Your spouse has been a U.S. citizen for the past 3 years

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can file for naturalization 2 years 9 months from the date your I-485 was approved.

if you get divorced in that time (sometime after the conditions are removed) it becomes 5 years right?
Not saying it doesnt happen because it does.
