I got my conditional green card on May 28th 2008. I can apply for removal of conditions starting February 28th.
My wife and I are planning to travel to my country at the end of April and will be back May 1st. My questions are:
1. Since I am a conditional permanent resident, is it okay to travel outside the country?
2. Do i need a re-entry permit because the duration of stay is just a week?
3. Will i have any issues since I will be applying for removal of conditions once we get back?
4. Would it be safer to apply for removal of conditions before the trip?
5. Is travelling outside the country okay with just less than a month left on the conditional status?
