conditional permanent resident and parents B2 visa

I'm in conditional permanent resident status. I am sponsoring my parents vistor visa. I have 2 questions:

1) Is there any disadvantage to my parents visistor visa when my status is "conditional" permanent resident?

2) if I say my status is permanent resident, will they say I'm not telling the whole truth?
