Hello!
My husband and I were married for less than 2 years when I applied for my green card/visa, so I currently have the "Conditional Permanent Residence" Status, which I want to change next year. To do that I have to file a joint petition with the immigration & Naturalization Service to remove the conditional status. I was just wondering how complicated this process is and if there are any forms and were I could get this forms?
Well so far nothing special, here comes the difficult part. My husband will be oversees with the military while I have to file this petition, can I still file it or will I have problems since he is not in the USA at the time.
Thank you for your help.
Stefanie
