Should be 10 years. I do have a question though. When we went through medical they noticed a scar on x-ray from pneumonia I had when I was a kid. By law the doctor said he was required to make a note of this in the medical form, because the scars like that can't be destinguished from the ones left after inactive TB. So I after arrival into the US I was required to see the doctor to take another x-ray. Does this affect the validity of the green card? I think no, and I could not find anywhere on the forum anyone who had issue like that.
P.S. we are still wating on green cards and welcome letters, it has been over a month and nothing so far.
