Conditional Green Card

I am presently on H1B and my fiance who also was on H1B got his GC recently. Is there a way that I can get a conditional green card or the green card after the wedding?

Can anyone shed some light on this?

as far as I know, conditional green card only applies to the person who marry a US citizen, not a green card holder.
