Concurrent with different attorneys :please help

Hi

I would like to file I 140 through my Employers attorney and I 485 through a different attorney. Is this possible to do concurrently?

Reason being i don't want to risk with my employers attorney to file my I 485 and my employers will not let any other attorney file for the I 140.

Guru's please help.
