Concurrent Status for Pending Review Vs Processing Resumed

Just wanted to know how many of us are from Aug, Sep, Oct 2003 time frame who have file concurrently and have not got approval on 140. How many have on their 485 status as "On xxx, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.

Just wondering the recent approvals coming in fr these months have status of "On xxx, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and processing is resumed"..


I am thinking the former status can be of multiple reasons:
1. Name check not complete.
2. TSC still a question on 485 clarity.

I am

I filed concurrently in Aug 2003 (ND 8/28/03).
EB1b (OR).
Got fingerprinted in December. Status is just as you described since December 2003.
 
Filed my I 485 in Aug 03 TSC

had fingerprints done Sept 03


Case status say's results of fingerprints were received 8th Oct 03 and processing has resumed


No change from Oct 03
 
Hey this is the message on my 485 after Fp which i gave on Dec 16 2003

but LUD is 01/15/2004

On December 29, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made..

Still Processing........

( I see the frustration about the folks still waiting from 2001 -- 'cos is saw 2001 case cleared recently.)
 
My I-140 and I-485 (09/20/2003,Concurrent EB2 RIR) not approved yet, FP 11/15/2003.

and I-485 online status message:
On December 1, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.


What I can to expediate my process?
 
In my case it says ""On xxx, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.".

So I don't know, may be its even more behind in the processing.

In all likely hood the following message
On xxx date, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made..

idicates the fingerprints and name check have been cleared by FBI and might be pending with the officer.

Pending review might indicate that the FBI has not done the name check yet,

this is just my guess based on my expereince.
 
If that is the case they had recd last Jan 15 2004. Why don;t they clear whom they recd..

I think it is a false custom message.They have set of messages to display and just pull them and show it...

It looks like that..

I think that when the status is "fingerprints received...case resumed..." just means that the fingerprints were cleared and not necessarily the name check. This message showed up about 2 weeks after fingerprinting in my case.
 
After I did my fingerprinting this was the message getting displayed on my
485 Status..

"*********************************************
On December 29, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

************************************************

But my LUD Shows as 01/15/2004..


Pl. Explain..
 
This what it says on my status for 485

" the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review."

It doesn't say pending Review for me..it says they have received and resumed processing..

Does it say explicitly Pending Review..
 
Any new updates on this.

Please add if your case status is pending review. Wondering why it is like that. How can we get out of this.

Hi folks, my says that

I assume that FP has been cleared ..otherwise would says that pendind review. I think.

Sent name check status request to FBI last week. No reply yet.
