concurrent or semi-concurrent

After my labour was approved, my lawyer immediately applied for I-140. After 3 weeks, my lawyer applied my I-485, EAD and AP along with a copy of my I-140 receipt.

Would this be considered as a concurrent filing or semiconcurrent filing?

Also can anyone can tell if there is any processing time difference in filing concurrently and semi concurrent.

There is no such thing as semi-concurrent.
You have filed concurrently!.

Only thing is that your ND for 140 and 485 will be different. Information about your ND will be in the receipt notices.
