Thank you for reading my post. I am currently with employer A who has filed my I-140 in OCT. This is for EB3, RIR (PR for LABOR is JUNE 2002)
I have company B, who got my LC cleared in PERM (EB2) and is now ready to file for I-140. Since I am not confident with Company A, I had arrangement with company B to do PERM processing. I am into my 6th year so I did not want to take a chance.
I would like to know -
1) Since I already have I-140 application pending with company A, can I go ahead and also apply for I-140 with company B (since now I have LC cleared through them also) . In this way, if my I-140 does not come through with company A, I can jump to company B. I am into my last year with H1B (with 6th year ending in July 07)
