Hi All,
I am a physician on an H1b visa currently employed in an underserved area (doing J1 waiver job). I have some oppurtunities to take up part time second job (in addition to my primary full time job). I dont want to enter into a second contract and get sponsored from that second hospital for my 2nd H1b. The reason being, if in the future I feel overburdened I might want to change the hours or terms of that second job. And so I wanted to keep some flexiblity there.
One way I thought to do this is as follows :
Incorporate my practice
Have my corporation enter into a contract with another hospital for that 2nd job
File my own 2nd concurrent H1b under my corporation for these new part time job? Is it possible?
