Concurrent filing

When filing I-140 and I-485 concurrently, can you also immediately apply for EAD? Do they approve EAD before approving I-140? Do you have to wait 180 days before receiving EAD or not?

I am from rest of the world category but i have indian citizenship.can i apply for ead/ap along with 140/485.also my labor is pending in bec one is eb3 and one is eb2 which one can i use. my eb3 labor has minimum req as BS +5 years exp wouldnt that make it eb2 it also has details of my masters. case is filed as rir. can any body tell me what it means. my hr says its eb3.any inputs.
