concurrent filing

For concurrent filing, once I get my 140 B approved(which normally takes 6 months), can I change jobs? I have an EAD, do I need to tranfer my H1 or can I change without that.
Please advise.

You can change jobs on EAD, but doing H1 transfer has
advantage in case anything happen with 485 (Ideally
should not be a problem).
