I filed 485 concurrently with two 140 receipts (EB2 and EB1-EA) last September to NSC. Both of them were approved in early October (EB2 approved four days after EB1-EA). I personaly would like BCIS to use EB1-EA for my 485.
My attorney wrote to BICS about my preference and wanted to withdraw EB2 last October, but still did not get confirmation from BCIS. So my concern is how to make sure BICS will review my 485 based on EB1-EA. Thank you very much for your suggestions.
