I know this question has been posted several times by me and others but also am aware that things change in 1-2 months since I last posted the query. Hence I am in the process of putting together my paperwork for I140 and I485 and wanted to know with the new FO memo which is the better route to take CP or Concurrent processing?. Your opinions will be highly valued as I am really confused, some say that CP is faster some say that CP has no value now bcos of the new FO memo of concurrent processing. My attorney says to do concurrent and it is a highly respected lawyer but they might be doing that to get more money also. So I though should take a second opinion. Employer will co-operate with everything so no problem from that side.
LC was cleared in May 2004 and will be filing from Nebraska in EB3 category.
