I am going to apply EB1b and NIW, and also prefer concurrent filing 485.
Does anybody know how to file two 140 concurrently with 485? Some attoneys said I can submit the two 140 with one 485 together. But I am not so sure about this idea. Or should I file EB1b and NIW seperately, each 140 going with a 485?
