Hi
I am a newbie to the GC process. My company filed for GC on Jul 12, 2007 with a substitute labor of Mar 18,2004 priority date. The application was filed alongwith I-140, GC,EAD, AP etc. I got receipt numbers for all with a receipt date of Jul 13, 2007 and Notice date of Aug 14,2007.
These were filed in Nebraska service center. What are the various steps that follow now. What is the time frame by which I will get EAD ? What is the time frame to get a GC.
