Concurrent Filing Question.. URGENT, Pls ADVICE!

Hi All,
I got my LC cleared a couple of weeks back. After I got all the documents ready to do my concurrent filing, I was told by my attorney that the prevailing wage specified on my Labor Certification approval (by Mass SWA) is more than my current salary and hence only my I 140 can be filed at this time (as per our company policies), and I 485 can be filed only when my salary reaches that prevailing wage amount.
The problem I have is, I 140 will take minimum 8 months and even that will not be enough to reach that amount considering the current hikes in our organization. I am really in a dilema now, as it will take years for me to file for I 485 if that condition applies.
The deficit between my current salary and the prevailing wage is around 9.2 percent.

Pls advice what I should do.

Also, is it possible to add my bonus(yearly incentives) to my salary which added together crosses that prevailing wage amount specified in my LC approval notice.

thanks
