Sorry for posting this here, the PERM forum is very small and usually one can not get a reply there.
My priority date is current now and I am hoping to file my I140/485 by the end of October, However My lawyers have not received the original Labor certificate and they do not start preparing my documents before they receive it. (My PERM is approved based on the WEB site).
I talked to my lawyers more than 10 days a go and they said that my PERM is approved on DOL Web site (chicago Center) , (They do not tell me when exactly it was approved, but It should be more than 10 days ago)
My lawyer told me that they have not yet received the orignal labor certificate through mail.
Do you guys have any idea of how long will this take and if it is extraordinary that this mail is taking so long.
Also, How long does it take to prepare for the I140/485 filing?
Any comment, any advice, I will appreciate it
