If one has a pre-approved I-140 for an AEC application with priority
date of August 2006:
1. Would it be safer to use the later PD application compared to
concurrent filing using the AEC with PD of February 2005?
2. If getting a reliably renewable EAD for spouse (and maybe self) is higher in priority
than getting the I-485 approved faster, would it be better to go with
the later PD application?
3. Any other things to think about for this comparison? This is in EB3
category.
