Hi Guys,
Has any filed I140/485 concurrently with a labor substitution. Whats the risk involved in it. My labor is filed in Chicago. But its taking more time now days. My company has an approved labor and they are recommending to use it, since my 6 yrs h1 time will be up by end of June. I have the same qualiations, salary and Job description ( very close to it) that are mentioned in the approved labor. And also does any sample format for experience letters. Please advise.
