Concurrent filing of I-140 and 485

Folks,

I juts got my LC cleared , I would like to know the processes and the steps involved for concurrent filing of I-140 and 485 .

1. If I am applying for this kind of processing, how long does my Lawyer have to wait after filing for I-140 to apply for 485 .

2. Currently in the Vermont SC, How long does it take to get the EAD card if I am doing this kind of filing ?

YOUR LAWYER CAN MAIL THEM TOGETHER. NO NEED TO WAIT

WELL I HAVE SEEN ON AVERAGE PEOPLE ARE GETTING EAD APROVED IN 60 DAYS OR SO.
