Concurrent filing of EAD (I-765)along with I-129(L1 extension) and I-539(L2 extensin)

I am on L2 visa and my husband is on L1.Our visas and L1 petition are going to expire on May 23 2005.
Now,we are going to apply for petition extension for which we have to submit I-129(L1 extenion) and I-539(L2 extension).Along with the submission of these two forms,can I submit the applicaton for EAD also(I-765)?
OR
should I first apply I-129 and I-539 and once I get the confirmation receipt of acceptance of the forms,can I immediately apply for I-765 with those receipts?
Or
should I wait until the petition/visa gets extended and then apply for EAD?

Please advise.

I think you have to get the receipt numbers for L1 & L2 extensions before you can apply for the extension of EAD.

I gathered from some of the sites that you need not wait till your L1 & L2 are extened.

I would also like to know if E-filing of EAD is better or Paper mailing?
If I opt for E-filing there is no way I can bring to their notice that I have already filed for extension since i cannot attach the receipts obtained for extension.Through paper filing i can send the extension receipts also so that atleast they would know that I have already applied for extension...

But I heard that E-filing is faster..What would you suggest?
