Please update your EAD and AP status in TSC. Especially for concurrent filing.
From this forum, it seems the TSC doesn't approve EAD/AP until your I-140 is approved? Is that true? Recently anyone get EAD/AP in TSC while I-140 is pending?
I concurrently file my case in TSC on Apr/25th/2003, today get FP notice, no any news in EAD/AP.
Please share yourselves' experience.
