Concurrent Filing I140 & I485 Texas Service Center

Want to open this thread and see what's going in Texas.

My status:

I-140: RD: 10/2/2003, LUD: 10/7/2003
I-485: RD: 10/2/2003, FP: 1/6/2004

Asked my lawyer yesterday about how they see my case. I was told it's difficult to predict. They are working on to get all their 2002 cases FP done. Sounds like they are advoating some parties involved. I know my lawyer is good and has some influence in immigration issue. But how strong and effective they can be, I don't know.

Anyway, till now, they only see TWO concurrent cases approved. I was told that I am lucky with my FP already done.

Anybody filing concurrently in Texas center heard anything worth sharing?

EB-2 (NIW) Concurrent Filing

I-140: RD 3/11/03 AD: 7/9/04 no RFE (LUD was 5/29/03 till 7/12/04)
I-485: RD 3/11/03 FP: 5/3/03 AD: 7/14/04 no RFE (LUD was 5/29/03 till 7/14/04)

Only one inquiry on June 8 (No response)
