My lawyers just filed concurrently today (california . eb3 using sub labor with pd 1999). Can you guys please gimme an idea about the expected timeline for the various milestones. I am not so familiar with all the steps/events.
Also can you please let me know what "LUD" is? I see this in almost all the posts.
