I filed my I-140 and I-485 concurrently under PERM. Will I be eligible for an EAD after six months of filing regardless of whether my I-140 has been approved?

You can file the EAD and AP with your I140 and I485 if your PERM LC has been approved and you are not subject to per country visa limits.

concurrent means same day?

1)
Can i file i140 today
and 485 later after a month?

As i understand for I140 lawyer would have all the info
for 485 there are other things like medical etc which may take some time

2) what are the chances of eb2 i140 getting denied?

help needed.

i have situation here. i have a passport of retro country. but i was born in nigeria.someone told me that i fall under retro country quota. and will have to wait for visa numbers to file 485/ead/ap.i am waiting for my labor to be cleared so that i can file ead/ap as i was under the impression that my case will fall under nigeria quota. any inputs .

you are right.. you fall under non - retro countries. Country of birth is the deciding factor not country of citizenship. Check with athorney to be sure..
