hi, does anybody know if the pilot program for approving i-140 and i-485 in 90 days is still effective in california?. was there any indication on the USCIS continuing this pilot for an extended period of time, or pulling the plug on it anytime soon?

thanks!

The pilot program has been discontinued in Sep, 2004. You can find the official statement regarding this issue by CSC on immigration.com.

Although the pilot program was canceled, if you have a unique name, you should be able to get approvals in five months or even faster.

Worked on H1B without 1-94 (I have valid stamping ),Is this poses any problem for A?

Worked on H1B without 1-94 (I have valid stamping ), Is this poses any problem??

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

HI
I have entered us based on the H1 B processed with company A

1. Company A - H1 B Validity 10/01/98 to 03/01/01 (started working in US)
2. Company B filed an H1B and approved, without I-94 (Validity 10/01/2000 04/30/2003). Worked for them from 2001 Jan to Apr 21 st 2001
3. Comany C filed H1 B in Feb based on the H1B approval from Company A and is valid from 03/01/2001 - 2004. Started working for company C from April

Although the I 94 period is covered from Company A and Company C, without any gap, does it creates any issues as I didn't have I -94 for the company B, and worked for them?

Can you please some body shed some light on this. My 485 is pending

Oct 2004, 140/485 - CSC- Concurrent
Mar 2005, 140 Approved
485????
EAD and AP - AD - Dec 2004

Thanks

can u pls elaborate on the unique name point!?

I'm guessing the definition of unique name is a combination of first & last names. In my situation all my family members have green cards and hence there will be multiple hits for my last name. But the combination of my first and last names should be unique. Even then I have not got my name cleared by FBI. It has been 9 months since I applied concurrently. See details below!!
