concurrent filing and interim EAD

Hi,
If I140 and I485 are filed concurrently and EAD is also filed at the same time. Is it possible to receive interim EAD after 90 days of filing of EAD.

Yes if its 90 days after the USCIS receipt date of your EAD.

If it is a LC based I140, there shouldn't be a problem.

In self petitioned cases (EA, NIW), at times they put everything including the EAD 'on hold pending review of the I140'. In that case, the local office is blocked from issuing an interim EAD.
