Hello,
After labor was cleared (EB2-RIR), my I-140 was rejected in 2001 due to lack of educational credential information in the labor certification.
So my company filed a second labor under EB3-NON RIR. I am expecting this labor to clear in a month or two.
Questions:
1. Being my first I-140 rejected, Can I file my I-140 and 485 using concurrent filing now?
2. My company has a policy that they wont use concurrent filing. Can I use external attorney to apply my I-140 and 485 concurrently? If so, how much does it cost approx?
Thanks in advance.
