Concurrent filing 485, Called IIO today

How long it will take to receive receipt notices for 485/EAD/AP when doing Concurrent filing, where we filed I-140(not approved yet) in June'02.

Called IIO, she said not received my 485/AP/EAD yet, but she said can see some thing in I-140 records saying "Concurrent filing" which was updated (that record) on Feb25th03. Even the checks are not cashed yet.

Do they first match the I485 with I140 and then issue the receipt notice for concurrently filed 485 file? any idea?

Any one in the same boat or Info?

mine similar case
took about 6 weeks from RD of 485/ead/ap. Give anywhere from 6-8 weeks. checks were cashed about 4 weeks later. receipts recvd about 6 weesk later. When did you file 485/ead/ap? (dont panic if youget handwritten recpts for all. But I read on this forum - you should get 485 official printed receipt - i did)

Finally I called IIO today morning, they told mailed my receipts on 3/27/03..

Came to know that, it took so long for merging the files (I140 and I485)

I usually try at 3PM (they close at 4PM).. Make sure you need to try atleast 10Mins + .. then Press 1.. again Press 0 .

Will take atleast 2months to get receipts
