Concurrent file-I 693- Medical Examination??

Hi Guys,
I'm filing I140/I485/EAD all together next
week. Please advise me on whether to submitt I693
Medical Examintation with above forms. I would like to only do this if it expedites my application in anyway. All the concurrent filers
, please share your thoughts! Thanks!

medical has to go with the 485 filing. You have to include it. Did anyone tell you otherwise?
 
Thanks for the reply! My lawyer told me that it's not necessary at the time of filing
I140/485 together..But reading from this
thread, I convinced hin that it's a must and he has agreed to file it!
